In addition to his work expanding the company's growing private deals practice, Bryant Chou assists with business development, marketing, and financial operations. Before joining JL McGregor & Company, Mr. Chou was an investment banker for Miller Buckfire, a boutique New York-based firm focused on distressed companies, where he advised a range of clients, including Eddie Bauer, Stolt-Nielsen SA, and Exide Corporation, on sell-side M&A and restructuring deals. Mr. Chou has previously studied in Beijing and graduated with a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Chou speaks Mandarin and currently resides in Beijing.
